Bill Vagell’s TRAINTIQUE Book with Comprehensive Lionel Train Listings

This no-reserve auction is for an original 1970 copy of a pocket-sized soft-cover booklet by noted train collecting legend Bill Vagell which contains a comprehensive listing of Lionel train items produced from the beginning of Lionel train manufacturing in the early 1900’s to sometime in the 1960’s.
Bill Vagell had been a professional magician known as the "MysticCraig" before opening up a famous train store called the Treasure House in Garfield, NJ.
He was one of the first to manufacture prewar parts for Ives and Lionel tinplate.
He also published two hardback volumes he called "encyclopedias" of collecting.
This book measures 4” x 5¼” and has 48 pages.
Attached are scans of the front cover, the centerfold and the last page which has an ad for an O gauge wheel puller.

The outside back cover is blank except someone has hand-written a phone number on it.
As shown on the front cover this book is stamped compliments of “G. Tebolt Train Parts”.
George Tebolt is a recently retired long-time Lionel train parts dealer in the Albany, NY area from whom I purchased many parts for repairing my trains over the years.
